Positive: Ansprechpartner über Whatsapp hat immer schnell geantwortet. Negative: Bei Ankunft wurde ich aufgefordert, ein Ausweisfoto über Whatsapp zu verschicken, um den Türcode zu erhalten. Das finde ich unmöglich! Ausweisfotos verschickt man nicht!!! Bitte bei Bedarf persönlich vor Ort den Ausweis überprüfen.

Serious hygiene issue: insect bites during the stay Negative: My experience in this apartment was extremely concerning and unpleasant. During my stay, I suffered over 60 insect bites, many of which were on my face. A doctor later confirmed that these bites were caused by fleas or bedbugs. The bites triggered severe allergic reactions, requiring urgent medical attention and costing me over €100 in medication. On the first night, we noticed a small, round, brown insect on the bed. We killed it and saw it had blood inside, but at the time, we didn’t think much of it. Over the following days, I began noticing bites on my abdomen, hands, and face. Initially, I thought they might have been caused by the cold or other factors. However, after returning home, the bites became significantly worse, leading to infections and severe allergic reactions, including swelling around my eye that affected my vision. In total, I suffered over 60 bites, many of which were on my face. While I prefer not to share photos of my face for privacy reasons, I have included images of the bites on other parts of my body as evidence. This issue was not isolated to my room—another companion staying in a completely different room also experienced numerous bites, showing that the infestation affects the entire apartment, not just one area. This situation is deeply concerning, especially considering the potential harm it could cause to a baby or someone with even more severe allergic reactions. I contacted the property owner privately to address the issue, but they took no action. For this reason, I am leaving this review to warn future guests. I strongly advise against staying here until proper measures are taken to resolve this serious problem.

Positive: Výborná komunikace s ubytovatelem. Velmi dobrá lokalita-tramvaj hned před domem,obchod přes silnici. Dostupné parkování.

Víkend s dětmi Positive: První dojem byl zkažen tím, že jsme se půl hodiny nemohli dostat do apartmánu. Bylo nedostatečně vysvětleno, jak funguje otevření dveří, telefon byl nedostupný. Nakonec bylo dořešeno pomocí chatbota, který ale chybně odpovídal, že máme otáčet kliku doprava namísto doleva. Kuchyň je hodně minimalistická, vhodná jen na přípravu snídaně. Pokoje byly v pohodě čisté, Koupelna velká prostorná i s pračkou, Záchod byl horší - prasklé prkýnko, špinavý kobereček, málo uklizený.
